Job Description:

This position is focused on providing an integrated customer service experience for customers and improve service delivery and efficiency for infrastructure related customer requests. You will use your considerable experience providing high standards of customer engagement to work directly with customers to triage and help troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of work practices and customer experience by identifying, analysing and reviewing customer requests and making recommendations on ways to improve productivity, customer service effectiveness and satisfaction levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • reviewing and updating our processes, information available on our website, standard response templates
  • Supporting staff with their customer requests and use of customer systems
  • Reviewing and triaging requests to relevant areas and technical staff
  • Preparing, reviewing and issuing responses to customers (verbal or written)
  • Analysing customer requests data and monitor performance

  • Be organised and know how to prioritise your own work
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think outside the square and identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and improvements
