Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, future focussed team of highly skilled professionals and be exposed to multiple facets within the People & Culture space! Participating in a progressive rotation program, you will gain experience in both Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition for a growing organisation, with each rotation covering a 24 month period. In your first rotation, you will partner with business leaders in developing and growing employees skills to support Council’s Blueprint100 strategy and future workforce needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing the workforce through proactively managing both the compliance (regulatory) related training and identifying professional Development opportunities for the organisation
  • Fostering strong working relationships
  • Cultivating positive workplace culture through a people focussed approach

Job Requirements:

  • superior time management skills and a demonstrated ability to show initiative and work autonomously
  • strong communication and relationship building skills needed to interact with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
  • demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding employee experience through learning and development opportunities, including the sign up and monitoring of Apprentice and Trainee progress
  • Diploma level qualifications or equivalent relevant experience.
