Job Description:

We are seeking a People & Culture professional with exceptional reporting and systems experience to work collaboratively with stakeholders from across our business to project manage our People Strategy initiatives.

With experience in Human Resources, Organisation Development or a related discipline and experience in workforce analytics, you will demonstrate a keen eye for process improvement, system enhancements and the ability to challenge the status quo. You value high-quality work with attention to detail and have a track record of delivering both. You are a people person that can work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve the best for all our people.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reporting and more importantly, analysis of workforce metrics (including surveys and annual reporting)
  • Facilitate regular People and Culture protocol and procedure reviews. Conduct research to recommend best practice improvements and proactively identify when change management is required for implementation
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to proactively develop strategic People and Culture projects to align with the People Strategy and conduct research to recommend best practice improvements to meet Council’s objectives
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality rollout of all People and Culture projects, ensuring adequate change management & communication plans are implemented
