Job Requirements:
- Implement Traffic Control Plans(Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
- School Certificate or equivalent
- Class MR Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain MR Licence as soon as practicable as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Traffic Controller (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- NSW General Construction Induction Card (CIC/Whitecard)
- Demonstrated ability in placing and finishing concrete
- Ability to perform basic literacy and numeracy tasks
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience and ability to develop knowledge of how to operate small plant and other hand tools in a safe effective and efficient manner
- Experience in supervising up to and including two (2) staff (employees, contractors or combination)
- Experience in working with construction materials ie ready mixed and hand mixed concrete, aggregate, bitumen, asphalt and/or gravel base/fill materials
- Minimum of 12 months’ work experience in civil construction and/or maintenance activities
