Job Description

To promote the sales of personal banking products in the market.   To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.To conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling cards.Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales target.Sales budgeting during the annual budgeting processPresentation to prospective clients when the bank wants to have a tie-up

Job Requirements

  • Sales oriented person.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Achieving budgeted sales volumes.
  • Knowledge of banking products both own competitor products
  • Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank
  • Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales.
