Job Description
As a Senior Security Officer, you will be Responsible for maintaining and fulfilling all the Security requirements of Qatar Airways at all the Indian Stations that Qatar Airways has operations from a Senior Security prospective. Security Programs for all stations and any amendments, maintaining Company Security Standards and Procedures, preparing new security directives. Liaising with all local government agencies/authorities to ensure compliance and to meet the local security requirements of all stations. Liaison with QR counterparts in Ground Services, cargo, catering and other stakeholders and an expectation to work closely with ASMs and station staff.
Job Requirements
- To be eligible for this role, you would need to have minimum 4 years of job-related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- You would also need to hold a Valid Certification of Basic AVSEC Course and prior experience in handling security functions in an airline industry.
- You would also need to have Good working knowledge of general security operations requirements, Knowledge of IATA, security standards, aviation rules and regulations, knowledge of security audit and security investigations
