The successful Senior Manager CX, Products & Residential Value Proposition will identify and deliver initiatives to enable the end to end (e2e) lifecycle to drive simplicity, innovation, positive customer experiences and support and articulate RSPs and customers’ value proposition. The successful Senior Manager of CX & Products & Residential is also accountable for monitoring team initiatives’ performance, managing product operations, and supporting the delivery of prioritised value outcomes as defined in the value stream strategy and roadmap. This will include helping to define the product roadmap, managing the backlog as well as communicating and driving the product vision for the residential portfolio.
- The successful candidate will have experience working in the telco industry or a large corporation in government relations or related fields.
- You will be a crucial point of inquiry and a trusted advisor to define and deliver large, complex, and strategic programs and initiatives aligned to the overall residential portfolio strategy in a timely fashion to support nbn long-term growth.
- You will harmoniously collaborate with nbn staff, partners, and delivery leads to quickly influence specific initiatives and CX outcomes and be responsible for building a trusted network of subject matter experts within the company.
- Ideally, you will have significant product experience and manage financial and operational aspects of a business across complex stakeholder landscapes to source information, align decision-making, and achieve business outcomes.
