Job Description:
As the Test Delivery Manager, you are to lead BRT and support trial activities for new capability releases. You will manage and support outage management and pro-active monitoring capabilities including managing escalated P1/P2, PBI/PKE RCA and resolution process to support the business by actively monitoring, doing analysis and reporting outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- You have strong communication skills, excellent collaboration and stakeholder management ability, as well as good negotiation and conflict resolution capability,
- The successful candidate will have experience in a technical solution environment including testing within a telecommunication incident management. Knowledge of Incident management processes and the ability to define and support new process & process improvement projects. Moreover, you have strong project management skills.
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification would be valuable.
