As the HR Consultant, you will work closely with the leaders in your assigned Business Units (BU), from Executive General Manager (c-suite) and below. This includes partnering with leaders to coach and guide them through all of their people matters including performance management, role changes, addressing conduct and behavioural concerns, health and wellbeing.
- You are a strong communicator, have experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and can prioritise your work to ensure that you provide the right advice, at the right time with risk managed appropriately.
- You have a proven track record in leadership coaching and advice, supporting leaders to resolve people issues, together with current expertise in Australian employment relations/industrial relations.
- A self-starter passionate about partnering with people and consulting, you will bring extensive HR generalist and advisory experience within a fast-paced business.
