Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and share health and wellbeing information with staff.
- Maintain, develop and promote learning and development priorities through the NFSA Learning Management System with a focus of creating targeted learning paths.
- Provide People and Culture (P&C) services to the NFSA on a range of P&C related functions including learning and development, health and wellbeing, rewards and recognition, inclusion and diversity, while escalating any complex matters to senior team members;
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks associated with the delivery of general P&C systems and services, including: updating job profiles, policy research and formats, maintaining the ticketing system requests, assisting staff onboarding and inductions, monitoring probation, generating regular org charts, monitoring and updating staff parking, processing invoices and maintaining the team budget sheet.
- Monitor the P&C inbox, provide advice to staff and managers when possible and update team communication on internal platforms, such as SharePoint and internal newsletter.
