Job Description:
To enhance the leisure opportunities of Macedon Ranges Shire residents by effectively and efficiently carrying out the tasks necessary to provide high quality class and fitness instruction at the Macedon Ranges Leisure facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform class and Dance/fitness instruction in an effective, efficient and responsible manner, with the objective being to offer the highest standards of instruction
- Ensure customers health and safety is maintained at all times through the
highest standard of customer supervision - Actively promote the program
- Actively participate in the program and facility development
- To provide appropriate customer service at all times
- To comply with Councils policies and procedures with regard to cash handling
Job Requirements:
- Requires the ability to gain the cooperation and assistance from clients, members of the general public and other employees in the administration of defined activities of and in the supervision of other employees
- Ability to prepare external correspondence of a routine nature
- Ability to problem solve is essential
- Ability to deal with complaints and general conflict situations is essential
