Job Description:

Support the development, implementation and ongoing use of a standard contract management methodology across the organisation including coordination of contract databases and legislative reporting requirements.
Build relationships with key stakeholders within MCC to ensure appropriate visibility and involvement in contracts, and provide subject matter expert support to help achieve optimal outcomes.
Provide specialist support for contractual issues to MCC and the Procurement team including helping improve contract management knowledge and competencies across the organisation as part of centre-led procurement.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma level qualification in procurement or relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Sound knowledge of local government policies and legislation relating to procurement beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in procurement, tendering and contract management
  • Experience in organisational information management systems
