Job Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional team to oversee the operations of the programme
- Achieve financial KPIs relating to repeat sales, cross-sales and referrals
- Develop and implement detailed programme terms and conditions
- Coordinate with key stakeholders during launch period and operations, including SHARE, Marketing, Sales, CRM, IT, Legal, Finance and Commercial Strategy
- Develop and execute high impact campaigns to build awareness of the programme and activate customers
- Drive the continuous improvement of the programme, leveraging internal and external partners
- Oversee the roll-out of the loyalty programme across the portfolio and to new markets
- Lead implementation of launch roadmap and programme within budget and timelines
- Lead the launch planning and execution of the Communities loyalty programme
- Build programme support services framework and SLAs, including CRM, Sales, call centres and digital
- Forecast and report financial KPIs and costs
- Support the development of a unique, high-impact CX throughout the customer journey
- Support development of launch roadmap and programme
Job Requirements
- English and Arabic language skills
- Excellent understanding the Middle East and Gulf markets
- Luxury retail, hospitality or real estate experience is highly preferred
- Experience of launching and managing loyalty programmes
- Proven track record of success with metric driven results
- Strong negotiator, capable of creating value-adding internal and external partner
- Minimum 12 years’ experience
- Post graduate in Marketing & Communication / Loyalty
