Job Description:

To create high quality video content to be used across Logan City Council’s social media, website and other, in accordance with
Councils guidelines and corporate objectives.
This position is a key technical role, working with the Media Team to produce innovative and engaging stories that inform the
community and Council staff about news and events happening across the City of Logan

Job Requirements:

  • Significant industry experience producing video content for a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated skills in operating the latest video and DSLR camera equipment.
  • Advanced and proven skills in using the Adobe Creative Cloud, specialising in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong digital content and social media skills.
  • Significant industry experience producing video content for a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated skills in operating video and DSLR camera equipment.
  • An understanding of television production processes, including knowledge of technical requirements for broadcast-standard video content.
  • Experience producing short-story feature videos and an interest in evolving formats, trends of viewing habits online.
  • Advanced and proven skills in using the Adobe Creative Cloud, specialising in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects,
    with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a collaborative team environment but be flexible to work autonomously when required and to self-manage all elements of production.
  • Strong digital content and social media skills
