Job Description:
This role is part of our People and Culture team, supporting our employees and leaders to design and implement people strategies across a wide range of areas including Organisation and Job Design (using Requisite Organisation methodology), Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
