Job Description:
Latrobe City’s Preschool’s provide 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten programs across the Latrobe Valley.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team for 2022 for a 4 day per week contract running a stand-alone Preschool. You will be responsible for facilitating the planning, preparation and delivery of programs to achieve outcomes consistent with the NQF and EYLF. At Latrobe we have a great team to support you along the way.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience to develop, implement and interpret a detailed developmentally appropriate program.
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory and legislative environment that governs the operations of Preschool services.
- Current Covid-19 vaccination evidence in line with State Government direction.
- Victorian Institute of Teaching registration
- Bachelor Degree and current VIT
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the supervision of staff and activities associated with the day-to-day operation of a Preschool service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with staff, volunteers and parents.
- Successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check.
