As a Senior Statutory Planner you will have the opportunity to assess a wide range of applications. Harness your planning expertise, while providing an efficient and effective planning service to the community and contribute positively to the economic, social and environment development of Latrobe City.

Job Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or lesser formal qualification with substantial relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to engage a range of professional and community stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the community.
  • A sound understanding of the Victorian Planning Policy framework and Urban Planning regulatory framework.
  • Current Covid-19 vaccination evidence in line with State Government direction.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in the management and assessment of a range of planning and subdivision applications.
  • Experience in managing competing demands of stakeholders while ensuring the assessment of applications is undertaken in an accurate and efficient manner.
