Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to provide generalist HR advice and support within our Blue Haven Residential Aged Care Facility and Community Programs Team. This is a truly generalist position operating in the People and Performance Team and will range from provision of advice on employment matters to grievance/investigations and cyclical HR operations. Reporting to the HR Coordinator you will be supported to achieve outcomes and focus on Blue Haven operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience interpreting awards, contracts of employment and employment legislation
  • Ability to manage a high workload and work to deadlines
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (Diploma minimum)
  • Experience working in a generalist Human Resources role
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
  • Class C Drivers License
