Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to assist in ensuring the delivery of high quality environmental and public health services to the MidCoast community.
The position will be working within the onsite wastewater section providing approval and monitoring of onsite sewage management facilities, dairy, poultry and piggery effluent systems, underground fuel storage systems and dewatering of development sites.

Job Requirements:
- Well developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Catchment Management or related discipline.
- Passion for Environmental Health
- Well developed research, analytical and organisational skills
