This position forms part of the Water leadership team, responsible for overseeing customer operations in the integrated service hub, driving customer satisfaction through quality interactions and providing exceptional service and effective complaint resolution. This role advocates for customer outcomes using customer satisfaction data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in the end-to-end customer journey at Logan Water. Implementing the customer management strategy and supporting processes. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to shape customer experience into the future that is representative of the diverse needs of our customers.
