Job Description:

Our front of house staff are true all-rounders in events and hospitality services across our venues. Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients to ensure events are run smoothly. You’ll bring a hands on, flexible approach facilitating everything from room set ups, food and beverage service to bump out.
Ensuring presentation of the venue is maintained to the highest standards, including function spaces and front of the house areas.
You will have robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to overcome any challenges and confidently handle patrons needs and questions in a positive and friendly manner ensuring our clients are enjoying the exceptional experience that they have come to know and trust

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that only positive experiences are had
  • A commitment to the venue presentation, food and beverage standards and health and safety
  • Value to our friendly team, being approachable and contributing to our excellent team culture
  • Set up and pack down for events and performances
  • Engage with customers and visitors to ensure all their needs and services are met in a timely & friendly manner

Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer facing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, being able to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and other vendors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Current RSA
  • A positive, curious and flexible mind

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience working in customer facing, hospitality or event catering role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Barista experience (desirable)
