Job Requirements:

  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office software suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Behaviour that positively demonstrates council’s values: creative, accessible, respect, energetic, safe.
  • Completion of year 10 school certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • A willingness to develop skills relating to customer service within a Local Government environment.
  • Ability to present a positive image of the council to the public
  • Prior face to face customer service experience is desirable
