Job Requirements:
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Behaviour that positively demonstrates council’s values: creative, accessible, respect, energetic, safe.
- Completion of year 10 school certificate as a minimum requirement.
- A willingness to develop skills relating to customer service within a Local Government environment.
- Ability to present a positive image of the council to the public
- Prior face to face customer service experience is desirable
