Job Responsibilities:
- Development, completion and maintenance of library desk rosters which allocate staff to face to face customer service shifts, meetings, training and program delivery
- Working closely with library team leaders to review and assess branch needs and allocate staff including filling vacant shifts
- Building positive relationships with a large team of staff both permanent and casual
- Develop rosters in a timely manner meeting organisational and community need
- Respond to and mange staff queries with rosters and payroll questions
- Work a part of branch teams in delivering face to face customer service across our five libraries
- Undertake a broad range of administrative tasks as part of the Library Central services team
