Job Description:

Reporting to the Technical Learning & Development Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting and executing the L&D strategy as well as driving related activities across a range of departments.
Based at ASC in Henderson WA, and working as part of the national L&D team, the role will assist to design, develop, implement and evaluate L&D initiatives designed to increase capability, drive high performance and improve culture across the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the National L&D Administrator as required to implement programs and support WA needs
  • Work as part of the L&D National team on continual improvement projects and initiatives
  • Identify training needs, develop fit for purpose solutions and implement L&D interventions across the business functions nationally
  • Facilitate ASC’s National L&D Talent programs including early careers, leadership and bespoke offerings in WA
  • Support the National Technical L&D Manager to represent the role in WA meetings and functions as required
  • Support leaders with ASC L&D Technical and Behavioural Competency Framework engagement and delivery activities including development plans

Job Requirements:

  • You will have a passion and 2 to 5 years’ experience working within a Learning & Development environment and possess a proactive and highly driven professional attitude.
  • Your ability to engage with key internal and external stakeholders will be advantageous.
  • You will be a natural team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with a virtual and geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Your conceptual ability, behavioural & technical competency knowledge and L&D skills will enable you to apply our range of tools, systems, methodologies and frameworks to thrive in this role.
