Job Description:
Working on the implementation of the sustainability labelling system internally alongside holiday product, IT, contracting and marking colleagues the role will also entail working with our hotel partners the and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). It will also require reporting on progress to the Sustainability Manager and presenting to Director level and to external parties.
Job Responsibilities:
- This is a very varied position – your primary focus will be on delivering, maintaining, and reporting on the “In Resort” agenda, but you will also be involved across other aspects of the strategy, working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business in projects such as emissions reductions and reducing environmental impacts “On the Ground” and “In the Air”.
- The successful candidate will be Degree educated in sustainability, environmental studies, or other similar areas, OR have relevant industry experience with regards to working with Hotels, IT, data analysis and internal/external communications or marketing.
- You will be committed and passionate about sustainability issues, with a good understanding of financial considerations for a business.
- You will also have strong IT skills, to analyse, categorise and report on large amounts of data
