Job Description:

The Customer Data Officer provides an active role in managing Customer Data and enhancing customer services to improve satisfaction with our products and services.The role actively supports efforts to improve Customer Centric capability across IP Australia; Improve IP Australia’s customer service systems and processes; as well as utilising customer data to inform decision making across the agency. The role has managerial responsibilities for developing and leading a small team.Key areas of focus include management of our customer data assets, visualising and reporting on our customer data, and generating intuitive improvement opportunities with our internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to enhance and modernise customer outcomes.
  • Prepare a range of written material including reports, briefs, papers, and corporate documentation.
  • Actively contribute to the broader section activities.
  • Manage a small team to administer and manage customer data as data custodian.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver valuable data management reporting capabilities.
  • Analyse customer service delivery data to identify improvement activities.
  • Manage and deliver team projects.
