Job Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement on technical issues related to system performance
  • Information gathering, analysis and management of system performance issues
  • Support for continuous system performance improvement
  • Providing a preliminary assessment of change proposals that may impact production systems
  • Troubleshooting environment issues
  • Conducting technical research and analysis activities to assist in diagnosing and tuning performance issues within supported systems
  • Identification and progression of risks, issues and opportunities for improved system performance
  • Developing and maintaining essential documentation and ensuring it is appropriately stored in the Department’s recordkeeping repository.
