Job Description:

Reporting to the Property Asset Manager, this position provides strategic property asset management advice (strategic and operational) to Council that adds value and optimises the returns on, and sustainable use of Council’s property portfolio. The position must manage the delivery of significant property projects and transactions and manage the activities of consultants engaged in property projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Value customer service
  • Be organised and plan work according to priorities
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have a high level of professional ethics and personal standards as the role requires significant consultation and negotiation with Council officers of other divisions, professionals, tenants, community groups and the general public
  • You have commercial awareness and the ability to make good decisions, as is the ability to balance competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
