Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to work as part of the Department’s Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Lead, the successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, training and guidance to multi-disciplined customer service staff across multiple sites in the delivery of services to the community.

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will provide high quality service as the first point of contact, working strategically and in partnership across the organisation.
  • You will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality customer service, with appropriate tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related discipline.
  • A proven ability to problem solve will be critical to success.
