Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct benchmark study on workforce planning.
- Undertaking an industry analysis to gain a clear picture of external factors impacting on workforce supply.
- Assists to carry out workforce demands analysis .
- Prepares various regular workforce documents & Reports.
- Provides tactical workforce planning services to Departments Heads through data retrieval, reporting and regular line of business interaction.
- Reviews and monitors staff database and prepare report with analysis and insights related to staff demographics and HR matrices.
