Job Description

Organization of asset and property management according to regulations andstandards.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Organizing the work and determining the terms of reference andresponsibilities for the administrative levels supervised by and coordinating between thecompetent administrative units, leading to regularity of work and overcomingdifficulties.
  •  Oversee the preparation and approval of regulatory policies and proceduresin the area of ​​asset management, and review and update them whenever necessary.
  • Follow up on the obligation to implement contracts related to the life cycle of assets,properties and facilities in a manner that ensures their efficiency, quality and safety.
  • Supervising the organization and followup of housing units and beneficiary data.Coordination on the contracts of renting and renting residential units or shops ordifferent locations through the laws and regulations and in accordance with theregulations governing this.
  •  Preparation of followup reports of fixed assets owned byDubai Police General Command and supervision of inventory implementation.
  •  Prepareregular monthly reports on the progress of work and submit it to the authority holder.
  • Prepare an annual work plan in the field of asset and property management and followup on their implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Complete mastery of the use of the computer and its applications and programs for asset management.
  •  Skill in asset management and real estate.
  • Holds training courses in asset and property management such as ISO 55001 and Real Estate Management.
