Job Description:
The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking an ICT Officer to join its Operations & Support Unit in undertaking a wide range of technical and system support tasks relating to the Department’s IT systems infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of ICT desktop equipment and peripherals;
- Desktop software deployment and maintenance; and
- Incident management for a wide range of IT systems;
- Supporting customers in the use of corporate systems and equipment;
- Application support for on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to prioritise work to ensure key objectives are achieved; and
- Ability to work effectively within a team and individually
- An enthusiastic approach to customer-focused service delivery;
- Demonstrated skills across a broad range of technologies;
