Job Description:

The Senior Customer Advocate builds a deep understanding of, and promotes the voice of our customers. You will work with the team and key stakeholders across the Department to promote a customer centric approach to service delivery that aligns with the Department’s values; establish and maintain strong working relationships with our customers; support a culture of innovation and collaboration and support the delivery of high-quality customer service across Finance.
