Job Description:

The Premier Support team provides IT support services to Ministers, Senior Executives, Agency Heads and their support staff. We also provide ICT Stores, logistics, asset management and mobile telephony support services for the Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing written and verbal advice.
  • Providing Premier IT Support to the Department, Ministerial offices and client agencies.
  • Undertaking physical installation tasks.
  • Provision of desktop hardware and software support.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex IT issues
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service.
