Job Description:

As a Payroll Assurance and Customer Service Team Leader and/or Project Lead you will lead a team delivering operational and service delivery outcomes, across the Pay and Administration Centre assurance and customer service functions; ensuring the achievement of people, quality and business priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team &/or undertake a Project Lead role;
  • Accountable for setting, managing, monitoring workflows underpinned by the organisation’s vision, mission and business outcomes;
  • Be agile in your thinking, proactive in engaging with your peer network and stakeholders as well as actively identifying opportunities to implement improvements to service delivery, meeting current needs whilst looking to the future; and
  • Be resilient and change focused.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Have experience in developing team capability and confidence through coaching, feedback, encouraging team members to be the ’best they can be’ whilst delivering a professional and consistent service to the customer, enhancing the customer experience;
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members to ensure a high quality experience for our customers;
  • Have experience in project lead effecting lasting change that is in support of the organisation’s vision, mission and business outcomes;
