Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals who possess strong communication skills, who will be an integral member of an integrated workforce. You will have considerable level of stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, along with the capacity to build effective and productive teams. The right person(s) will show the flexibility to respond to the changing context and shifting priorities of the Defence environment and the agility to identify and respond to meet new demands.
Job Requirements:
- Proven skills in building and maintaining productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Well-developed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements
- Demonstrated experience in material logistics and/or asset management
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, and demonstrated experience in identifying efficiencies and contributing to strategic planning
- Highly experienced in preparing written reports with clear recommendations, on both routine and complex matters
