Job Description:
As the Adviser Relationship Manager, you will work in partnership with Senior Leaders and be responsible for proactively building and maintaining CSC’s external financial adviser strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining program schedules identifying relationships, dependencies, milestones, constraints, and progress
- Proactively managing CSC’s external financial advisor strategy
- Leveraging knowledge to ensure CSC’s financial adviser strategy aligns to emerging business and customer needs
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of strategy implementation and deliverables while working across multiple streams of the project
- Monitoring and actively participating in identification and rectification of strategy scheduling issues
- Effectively managing risk and ensure critical risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Proactive approach to creating and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience and an in depth understanding of superannuation and financial advice industries
- Data and reporting experience with a solution based mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver outstanding results
- The ability to self-motivate and be autonomous in your role
- Financial Planning or Business related qualifications desired
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present with influence to a large audience
- High level communication and account management skills
- High level of customer focus, accountability and professionalism
