Job Description:

As the WHS Coordinator, you will work closely with your key People Team stakeholders including the Employee Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to support them in their duties. You will provide high level operational and administrative support coordinating corporate WHS activities across CSC. You are self-motivated with a drive to deliver results and exceed stakeholder expectations and take initiative to complete assigned work and reporting requirements with confidence. This role will inspire and allow you to grow, continually learn, embrace new technologies, systems and programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effective collaboration and communication is key through approachable and responsive behaviour, willing to share feedback with your team and effectively managing your workload
  • Maintaining WHS databases to enable accurate reporting
  • Support COVID management practices and responses
  • Coordinate the delivery of WHS audit action plan and Health and Wellbeing initiatives under SuperYou, CSC’s health and wellbeing strategy
  • Present a high level of integrity through identifying potential risks and escalating matters when required

Job Requirements:

  • Highly developed reporting skills and strong computer literacy, including MS Excel
  • Experience administering WHS systems is desirable
  • Experience working in a WHS or HR Admin role, highly desirable if you have experience in corporate Workplace, Health & Safety
  • High level administrative acumen with excellent attention to detail with the ability to plan and manage competing workloads
  • Relevant tertiary education in Workplace, Health and Safety (Cert IV in WHS) is desirable, but not essential
