Job Description

The ultimate purpose of this role is “making the whole Shopping Mall Business Unit  outstanding in Consumer Connectivity so communication as well as new marketing and development initiatives resonate with consumers and lead the market”.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Cascade that vision to the Marketing team in a structured and easy to process manner
  •  Apply best practice and deliver research such as segmentations, U&As and ad hoc Qualitative and quantitative that deliver value for money, create actionable insight for the business and feed into the planning cycle
  • Participate in the exploration and definition of the brand communication platform, providing necessary data and insight
  • Leverage brand equity drivers and tracking to understand brand strengths and identify opportunities
  • Develop and implement creative and imaginative ways of displaying and disseminating insight
  • Evangelize about the consumer and identify new opportunities to champion the consumer internally
  • Use research and insight to drive cultural change within the organization and ensure stakeholders put consumers at the heart of their planning and strategic thinking

Job Requirements

  • Around 7 years-experience in a consumer marketing business, in a research role, creating impressive results in the capacity of ethnographic research, consumer insights and trend analysis to name but a few
  • BA/ BSC in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Mathematics from a recognized University
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, creative vision & strategic intellect
  •  A strong capacity for critical thought and information synthesis
  •  Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
