Job Responsibilities
- Create and organize content for distribution on online platforms
- Community management: manage and grow online community as well as drive online conversation
- Monitor brand’s online performance (read analytics and recommend action plan) as well as competitors’ online activity
- Implement the strategy to drive traffic to website (online advertising, links, bloggers outreach etc.)
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the brands’ website
- Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
- Implement actions to follow the digital strategy of the brand and drives online conversation
- Manage existing brand’s Social Media pages
- Respond to customers’ requests made via social media, email, forum etc.
- Launch and manage new social media pages for the brand
Job Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in social media, Email marketing, ecommerce is preferable
- Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.
