You will be managing ad hoc focus group, data cleaning, identify highlights and present results to business and brands. You will be working with lots of different teams and brands and presenting on reports frequently.We are currently looking for a consumer and market intelligence executive to join our Trends and Market Intelligence team based in Dubai. Job Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate with external research agencies to make sure that projects are properly executed and managed taking into consideration the research budget, project timelines and quality level of the analysis
  • You will prepare and finalise research proposals, questionnaires, moderation guides in coordination with the agencies and/or internally without coordination
  • You will conduct on-line secondary research to identify solid sources of insights and support the creation of internal reports
  • You will collaborate with internal departments to utilize information to support insights and make them actionable
  • You will transform data and findings into executive summaries that are easy to understand by marketers and management with actionable insights Ad-Hoc Projects:
  • You will work on ad hoc projects and research as requested by management and in coordination with the Retail Intelligence team when needed
  • You will participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
  • You will follow all relevant Consumer & Market Intelligence policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • You will implement new tools, generate new types of reports and deliverables
  • You will understand research objectives and business needs by connecting with the right stakeholders (GMs, marketers, etc.) and select the most appropriate research design and methodology (qualitative / quantitative) that best serves the objectives
  • You will research compile and analyze syndicated surveys and secondary research available on the market.   • You will feed the business and partners with relevant market insights that range from macro-economic, industry specific, to hot and trending topics
  • You will prepare reports that are creative and digestible in content Insights’ Generation
  • You will analyse quantitative and qualitative data / findings and identify the story behind the findings, in turn, provide the proper insights that helps build a strategy

Job Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge in excel and PowerPoint
  • Confidence in presenting to wide variety of teams
  • You will need to be extremely organized and be able to prioritise and handle numerous projects
  • You will have experience of working with consumer research agencies/ management consultancy companies
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or any quantitative field
  • Knowledge of SPSS would be advantageous
