Job Description
To support Investment Advisors in sales and servicing of investment clients
Job Responsibilities

Execute all investment transactions on the system

Execute bond transactions with the fixed income desk

Enter leverage applications on CVX / Cofax system and coordinate with Credit and Credit Admin for booking of facility

Manage all client documentation, collection of original subscription documents and submitting them to back office

Be the single point of contact for all operations related matters and coordinate with back office for smooth transaction processing

Be the single point of contact for Elite and Private Banking RMs for resolving client related service issue
-
Interact with clients, when required, to resolve service queries or complete documentation
-
Execute investment subscriptions with external product providers
-
Collate product updates and factsheets from external fund managers and distribute to advisors and RMs across segments
Job Requirements

Exposure to wealth management environment would be preferable
-
Ability to interact with clients.

Good numbers skills and good knowledge of excel.
