Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support analyses being conducted by the C&SI team, for business improvement activities across Council
  • Support business improvement and reporting/performance measurement workshops facilitated by other C&SI team members
  • Support the development of approaches to performance measurement and reporting across Council
  • Assist in the implementation of performance measurement across Council
  • Assist in the development of the C&SI business unit business plan
  • Support reviews of, and improvements to, the business and service planning process
  • Assist in the coordination of regular reporting processes against the Council Plan

Job Requirements:

  • Sound communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor degree in business / Management / Commerce / Science / Mathematics or similar field:
  • Previous experience with process improvement, customer focused service processes, and/or the use of technology in solving process and performance measurement problems
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships
