Job Description:
We are currently seeking to employ multiple Child Care Educators and Assistants who will be responsible for creating a positive, interactive and caring environment, implementing National Quality Framework practices to a high standard and contributing to the development of programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of child development for children 0-12 years.
- Minimum 18 years old. (Legislative requirement).
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a co-operative team member.
- A commitment to a customer focussed service.
- Relevant work experience and practical experience in incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Commitment to role modelling our values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork and optimism.
- Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent.
- Current First Aid Certificate and approved asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical Contradictation upon commencement.
- Current class C driver’s licence (desirable).
- A cleared Working with Children Check.
