Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with patrons, answer questions and attend to all reasonable patron needs or requests in a
courteous and friendly manner. - Provide excellent customer service and to actively work to solve customer problems.
- Report and record customer feedback at the end of each shift.
- Take action to ensure that the auditoria and foyers are clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure the foyer and auditoria doors are opened before, after each event, and during interval.
- Liaise effectively with key Cultural Services personnel, contractors, event producers and/or presenters, venue hirers, tour managers and performers.
- Act as a fire / area warden as part of Council’s overall emergency management plan.
Job Requirements:
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Point of sale experience
- Experience in food & beverage (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in theatre operations, events and the hospitality industry
- Courteous and friendly disposition
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Here to help attitude
- Demonstrated high level of customer service
