Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patrons, answer questions and attend to all reasonable patron needs or requests in a
    courteous and friendly manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and to actively work to solve customer problems.
  • Report and record customer feedback at the end of each shift.
  • Take action to ensure that the auditoria and foyers are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure the foyer and auditoria doors are opened before, after each event, and during interval.
  • Liaise effectively with key Cultural Services personnel, contractors, event producers and/or presenters, venue hirers, tour managers and performers.
  • Act as a fire / area warden as part of Council’s overall emergency management plan.

Job Requirements:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Point of sale experience
  • Experience in food & beverage (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in theatre operations, events and the hospitality industry
  • Courteous and friendly disposition
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Here to help attitude
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service
