Job Description:
Brimbank City Council is looking for On-Deck Supervisors to join our Leisure Centres team to support the delivery of Swim Lessons at the new Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre and Sunshine Leisure Centre.
You will be responsible for providing administration and direct service in the delivery of Aquatic programs in line with Council and Centre policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- A strong community first approach to customer service
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills and administrative skills
- All mandatory qualifications current
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, particularly during periods of high demand
- Availability to regularly work flexible hours
