Job Description:

We have a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic can-do attitude Service Desk Officer to join our IT Service Desk team at Blacktown City Council.
Working within a high performing team, the IT Service Desk Officer is the front-line first point of contact in the receiving and handling of support requests from the fast paced organisation of over 2,000 employees across over 100 sites.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills Service Desk Officer
  • Class C driver’s licence.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Solid experience in an Information Technology support role
  • Experience providing end user support for enterprise technologies including networking, applications and infrastructure
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 end user environments, audio visual equipment and meeting resources
