Job Description:
As a casual Early Childhood Educator, you will contribute to the creation of safe and stimulating early learning environments that support the development, skills and wellbeing of all children.You will have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with children, families and staff. You will be familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework and operate in a way that meets the National Quality Standards for educational practice.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe, stimulating and sustainable environments that support children’s wellbeing and learning.
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated application of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams and others in the community.
- Additional skills, knowledge and qualifications that might be applicable to this position, such as specialised training and work experience.
