Job Description:
IT Security’s Infrastructure Systems Administrators are highly technical and work directly with Technical Leads and Engineers to enable a diverse range of strategic and tactical capabilities in support of our mission. They are responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information we collect, store and process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and input to capability developers to support the on boarding of new capabilities
- Proactive system monitoring
- Building, configuring and maintaining our physical and virtual infrastructure
- Configuring, deploying, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining COTS, GOTS, and in-house software
- Applying, updating and managing system security policies and controls
- Continuous improvement and optimisation across systems
- Automating repetitive processes
- Documenting their work
- Providing support to system users
