Job Description:
We are seeking motivated leaders to join our Enterprise Work Management (EWM) team. As a Work Management Officer, in our Client Account Services (CAS) business area, you’ll lead and monitor work management activities in a busy and fast-paced multi-channelled environment, including but not limited to forecasting, reporting workforce planning and real-time management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applies analysis skills to identify, interpret and communicate trends, patterns and issues,
recommending informed effective solutions - Understands, or has experience within, a service delivery workforce management environment, which may include utilising client contact systems and tools for forecasting, reporting, real-time management, technology support, workflow design or resource planning
- Leads and mentors capability development in others to deliver optimal client outcomes
- Is a strong communicator who builds collaborative relationships with a range of
stakeholders.
